About Us

The focus of the practice combines the professions of law and medicine to help victims of medical and podiatric malpractice, nursing home negligence and serious personal injury, rehabilitate their future.

Michael is a podiatric physician as well as an attorney. He focuses his practice on issues in medical malpractice, products liability, and health care law. Dr. Quinn is licensed to practice podiatric medicine in New Jersey and admitted to practice law in the state and federal court of New Jersey. His undergraduate degree is from Muhlenberg College, with postgraduate degrees from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and Seton Hall University School of Law. His medical training included residency at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York and private practice in New Jersey.

By understanding both medicine and law, Dr. Quinn is able to explain the medical issues to clients and help them understand how the law can assist them. It has been estimated that more than 98,000 deaths and hundreds of thousands of injuries occur each year in the United States due to medical error. However, not all successful outcomes are the result of malpractice. Separating injuries caused by medical error from those that are complications or unfortunate complications, is important to injured victims and their families, as well as the medical professionals dedicated to providing quality care.

Dr. Quinn's office is located at 10 East Main Street, Suite 2A, Freehold, New Jersey, across from the Monmouth County Hall of Records and Court House. His location in Central New Jersey allows him to represent client across the state. Michael resides in Monmouth County with his wife, Dr. J. Quinn, and their three children.
